11.5 ounce bottle- poured out an interesting clear gold with a moderate head. The aroma was very malty. Taste was malt with a light sweetness. As with most cream ales, the appeal of this brew is in the palate, very smooth and full. Very good, I’d buy it again.

Aug 5, 2008 Bottled. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is mild fruits, maize, malts and some slight notes of caramel. Flavour is the same along with paper and some mild notes of rubber.

Jul 20, 2008 Clear light yellow color, super active carbonation in the glass like a natural spring. Small white head that fades to nothingness yet the beer still produces lace. Wheat smell mixed with lemon zest and a very mild hop gives this beer a crisp simple aroma. Tastes like your average lager similar to a corona with a lime wedge. I could not identify a cream, just a salty suds in the finish. Nothing to make this beer stand out in a crowd and if it was presented in a glass I would not guess cream ale.

Jul 14, 2008 A very nice cream ale. I wish there were more of these. Aroma was so so. LIght malt, sugar and biscuit. Pour was a nice light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was nice and sweet but not overly. Strong carbonated mix of bicuit, sugar and light sweet malt. Crisp and refreshing.
