Pours a clear medium-dark amber colour with a small tan head. Smells strongly of malts. Honey, toffee, some sourness and some slight hops. Taste is bready with some honey and nuts. A little bit salty. Light bodied with tingly carbonation. Not a bad beer. Have always liked this one. shotgun1431 (92), franklin furnace, Ohio, USA

Pours a dark honey colour with a thin tan head. which tends to linger. The nose is skunky (likely a product of the clear bottle, which i bought as a single, out of box), as well as some honey and malt. The taste is very malty, with a note of honey and hops which dissapear fast to bring back the malt in the palate. jbuzz (664), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Pours a clear brown color with a decent white head that rapidly disappears, the aromas are sweet, and you feel the honey is present, as well as caramel, the taste is of malt with a touch of honey, this was smooth, and drinkable. A very sweet beer to me.
