Bottle. [Courtesy of papsoe, yet another great tasting @ Henrik´s] Average beige fizzy head that mostly diminished. Clear flat looking body with a golden color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of roasted malt, fruit, caramel and honey. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitterness. Light roasted sweet malty finish. 18-09-2007

Damn you John Sleeman I want my 2.50 back You jerk Actually it’s not that bad, not much honey, but still some great malts, almost tastes like real barley was used in the brewing process, which is always a plus It’s one of those beers with a smooth yet rough mouthfeel, which isn’t easy to pull off. It’s still not that great though, but, not horrible. They’ve done worse.

341 mL bottle. Pours golden orange/amber, clear, with a lacing white head. Slight malty aroma with mild whiff of honey. Flavour is mellow, honey and malt. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Amber lager. Not bad, just a plain Ale, sweetish, medium bodied, medium-low bitterness.

Nice hazy copper color. Some aroma of cereals, caramel, light Bourbon vanilla, apples. Dry mouthfeel, with a correct caramel flavor, light residual sugars, a bit of fruitness. Pleasant.

Pours a golden copper colour with minimal white head. Sweet malt aroma, follows through to the inital taste, a bit of honey detected. Ends with a slight hop aftertaste. Not a bad effort.

Very clean taste to find out that this is a ’dark beer.’ Smooth and honey aroma fairly accurately describes the taste.
