473ml can. poured mahogany brown with a finger of slightly off white (tan) head and great carbonation. the head was frothy and stays with you the whole way down the glass leaving perfect lacing. aromas of malts, sweet honey and faint hops. flavours are the same but this beer is totally front loaded and does not have a strong balanced finish. aside from the finish is was quite enjoyable, unfortunatly the finish is quite important. way better the JR Brickmans amber.

Pours a medium / dark amber with a small white head. Initial aroma was pretty big skunkarooskies. After about a minute it was just mild skunkaroos. A few more minutes and it was actually sort of decent. Flavor is mild malts, grains, and citrus. Ummm.... Nuff said.

This is great tasting beer. It pours an orangy red colour with a slight head. The aroma is nice and malty with a hint of honey. It works well on the cheeks with mild carbonation (unlike Sleeman Cream Ale which is way too fizzy). The taste is crisp and clear with hints of fruit and honey. Goes down well and tastes great with barbecued ribs.

Can from the LCBO. Reddish-orange colour with a medium white head that disappears fairly quickly. Aroma is quite sweet, with honey and icing sugar, faint caramel, even fainter hops. Body is fairly thin to start, but gets sticky as it warms. Flavour is bland but well balanced - light malt, light hops, honey notes that are OK at first, but somewhat cloying by halfway through. Meh.
