Light amber colour, drank it straight from the bottle so I couldn’t check out the head. Aroma was alright considering it was a clear bottle. Flavour was bland and boring, but I could taste the honey in the finish. Much better than than buck-a-beer honey’s in abundance here but still a below average beer. I drank this alongside some Molson and Labatt, and thought this beer a very pleasing surprise. It isn’t craft beer exactly, but it doesn’t deserve comparison to the Molson & Labatt’s of the world either.
Color is an orangey-brown. Aroma is pretty macro-smelling, but the taste is really quite pleasant. It is a not very filling, lightly carbonated, rather sweet beer. Many beers have honey in their names, but this is the first where I can actually taste it. I won’t be a regular purchaser of this brand (it’s not sold in my neck of the woods anyhow), but it is decidedly not bad. ferociousgoat (8), Canada does not count | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 18, 2006 A suprise from such a large brewer. very enjoyable amber coloured brew. Starts off clean with a slightly malted sweetness and finishes quickly with a creamy caramel. Slightly bitter but not to much. an amazing brew for being in mass production. I reccomend you try it! altonbrownd (1914), Amsterdam, Netherlands

The alcohol, although not high, tastes too strong. It’s a creamy drink with too much honey for me. An average beer that I have no problem drinking but rarely seek out. A very appealing amber colouring which is shown off nicely by the clear bottle. beedman (53), Cocoa Beach, Florida, USA

Nice "Honey" colour, but didn’t taste much honey; more of sweet caramel. Pleasant, but nothing exciting, perhaps due to what tastes like overprocessing . crgranger (6), Coral Springs, Florida, USA does not count | 4.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Sep 19, 2006 Best honey beer i have ever had! This beer when really cold goes down so smooth and tastes like candy. Highly recommened oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA
