A refreshingly smooth, full-bodied lager, with a subtle touch of all natural honey which creates a slightly sweet finish.

Clear light brown colour with thin beige head. Tart pilsen like malt nose. Grainy mild malt taste with slight bittersweet finish.

pours a clear brown color with a decent sized off-white head that rapidly disappears, aromas of sweetness, some honey is present, as well as caramel, the taste is carbonated, and mostly of malt with a touch of honey, this was smooth, and drinkable.

I had it on tap at a cheapy pub, so maybe that explains, in part, why I didn’t like this one. Musky aroma that doesn’t impress much. Body is watery.

Bottle brought home by my sister from Canada. Had it during the summer of 2005.
Very nice golden color and a fresh honey scent and smell. Quite sweet and low on the bitterness. I rather like it this way, at least during the summer heat, it’s refreshing.

Slight hazy amber color, off-white head. Faint sweet and honey scent. Very sweet sugary taste. Thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. Too sweet and wort like.

Grainy, honeyish aroma. Malty flavor with ahorn syrup and caramel. Low on bitterness, but not too bad. Like a Franconian dunkel that has been to the plastic surgeon and forgot to speak with a Bavarian accent.

Bottle. Honey brown appearance as the title suggests. Unpleasant musky aroma. Sweet taste, although I could not detect any honey as it were. Somewhat disappointing finish with a bland aftertaste.

I liked this beer. It had a nice light feel too it yet still had some kick. It goes well with Thai food.
