I basically remember the spritziness, it distracted me from the thinness of the body. Magicdave6 (5558), London, Greater London, England

Taste is minimal though as it warms maybe there is a little sort of honey on brown toast or honey and nuts or soemthing, still minimal though. Snoro (229), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 11, 2005 Bottle (341ml - clear). Poured an attractive clear bright copper with a big foamy white lasting head, nice lacing too. Aroma is mild, sweet honey-fruity, some actual malt character, didn’t make me think "corn" or "skunk", but a bit chemical-vegetal harsh, maybe a bit of cut hardwood. Taste is pretty much nothing - fake-honey sweet, a bit fizzy and harsh, not a whole lot of fun to drink - no way this is a 3/5 beer, sorry folks. GiBrew (171), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 12, 2005 Bottle. Honey brown in colour with a bubbly dirty head. Aromas are biscuit and caramel malts, quite sweet, followed by dry cardboard. Flavours are sweet and malty with honey sweetness followed by a little fruity sourness. The hop finish (if it can be called that) is metallic. A bit messy but drinkable. Cornfield (4980), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 7, 2005 Bearable. It pours an amber body with a halo for a head, but it does manage some impressive lacing just the same. The aroma is a sweet toffee malt with a dash of honey sweetness. Same for the taste, except there’s a slight bitter twist not attributable to hops in the finish. As the style goes, I’ve have much worse.
