Jan 29, 2009 Bouteille de 341 ml. Dégusté avec french tickler. Bière de couleur ambré caramel avec un très mince collet moyennement collant. Odeur de caramel, blé, sucre et un peu d’épices. Gout de blé, un peu le sucre, le gout de caramel revient et un peu le miel.

Jan 15, 2009 40oz schooner from Backstreet Pub West Lethbridge. Nice flavor very sweet. The best honey brown to be had on tap in these parts. Thats for sure.

Dec 24, 2008 Bottle. Medium golden pour with a light honey head. Flavor was sweet malt, medium honey, and a hint of roasted character. Decent brew.

Dec 15, 2008 CO2 keg at the Maple Leaf, Covent Garden. Dark amber with an off white head. Slightly toasty sweet malt aroma. Easy drinking balanced flavour with slightly dry finish.

Some grassy hoppiness and sweet amltiness but overall very thin and bland. Hay and grass.
