Bottle 341ml.
Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - syrup. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081231]

On tap. Pours dark golden in colour, dent white head. Not much aroma or flavour, highly carbonated, and a little sweet.

Pours a pale yellow with a large white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is sweet, like honey. There are scents of grain, mustiness, apple, and lemon. The taste is fairly watery. There are flavors of honey, apple, spice, cobwebs, hazelnut, and a little lemon. Palate is flat and watery. Typical Sleeman’s product. Blah.

Had this one on tap at a club Nava in Markham (thanks Eelizis!) Very malty aroma, sweet start not much on the palate. A bit of a weak finish. Typically something you’d expect from Sleeman.

Golden appearance with a thin white head. Nothing much in aroma, just a sweet honey hint. Sweet lager. Not much going for it. Plain and boring. Hint of nuts maybe. Didnt enjoy this.

Okay Beer. The flavour is not really there with this beer but in general I would say its a drinking beer in lines with the Buds, and Coors.

Blah, blah, blah. C’mon Sleeman, you can do better than this. Thin flavor profile of sweet cheap malt, and little else. Carbonation is off, color is pale, this beer screams mass produced pale lager. Thanks, but I’ll pass on this one. I used to rave to my American friends about Sleeman, no more, no more.
