bottle. Pours a pale golden colour with a small white head which disipates to a thin ring with some lacing. The aroma is actually very promising but the taste, or lack of it lets you down. There is no taste here. Its just another watered down lager.

(Rating #341)

Bottle pours a clear gold into a uniform dishsoapy foam head that looks like movie set beer foam, really it does not look real, what’s IN this drink? Aroma is lightly hopped and sweet corn. Tastes sweet without any malty complexity, has fizzy mouthfeel, a hint of over-ripe fruit and old corn and touch of brewed-in skunk. Finishes sweet with a harsh soapy feel gripping the palate.

Bottle: Poured a pale golden color lager with a very small amount of head and not much retention. Aroma of… well not much aroma except maybe a bit of corn. Taste is bland with again some hint of corn, some sweetness and absolutely no aftertaste. Another bland offering from this great (yeah) Canadian brewer.

Bottle (341ml - clear). Poured gold with an average tight foamy white head. Jesus - aroma of strong skunky corn, very vegetal. Taste is grainy, slightlly honey-sweet malt, but pretty thin, disappears fast. Watery, creamy mouthfeel. "Original Draught"? Draught what? Eructoblaster nailed it - "Truly brewed for carbonated water lovers..." Pass.

Mildly grainy, herbal aroma. Clear golden body is topped by a very low, fizzy, white, fully diminishing head. Mildly grainy herbal flavour is pretty boring but not offensive. Light, watery body with aggressive prickly carbonation. Quite gassy. Sampled at an office pizza and beer lunch.

Bottle. Boring pale gold body topped with a thick vanishing white bubbly head. Its weak malty/hoppy aroma carries strong skunky and CO2 hints. Taste is definitely watery and has some light corny notes. Aftertaste is non-existent. Truly brewed for carbonated water lovers...

bottle. LCBO singles bin. pale orange/golden body with a creamy white head. big corn, and vegetal aroma. high carbonation. hardly any flavour whatsoever other than the usual sweet corn. this is in the lower tier of their product line and isn’t entirely drinkable. oh, and the marketing for this sucks.
