Golden beer that pours with little head, quickly to disappear. Not a strong smell and almost a little bitter smelling. Taste is a little bit sweet (not in the good way) and leaves a bitter aftertaste. I’m not hard to please but I don’t really like this.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 25, 2009 Dumped out a crystal clear gold with a generous white cap with some messy lacing. The aroma is not quite right - an odd unpleasant stink, strong root veggies, dirty infant diapers, a bit of grainy. It does improve but those first impressions are lasting. A touch of fruit, lots of malts but still a lingering baby diaper. The taste is not bad and is very drinkable with a solid malt that has a lesser character of grain, a touch of fruit that works well, ok bitterness. Sometimes comes across bland or all malt.. go figure. Good carbonation, finishes dry with lingering malt. guil0000 (107), New Brunswick, Canada

Overall pretty standard beer. I don’t know what else to say. Nothing special but still drinkable bulldogops (159), Alberta, Canada

Not my favourite, and would require a lime or some other fruitiness to be drinkable. Nice clear light to medium yellow color, white to off-white head. Mild sweetness and a very light bitterness, and softly carbonated.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 3, 2009 Very standard looking beer, nothing special about it, clear gold body and just a thin vale of head that lasted the entire brew. The smell was a touch skunky with strong musty smelling malts couldn’t really detect any hops in the sent, not an appealing smell but it could be worse. Beer seems to be rather drinkable light to moderate hops, sweet grassy malts with a bready finish. Overall this is a sweet tasting beer very drinkable but nothing special, to good for camping or yard work, not good enough for a sit back and savor beer, but it might fit in for the watching the hockey game at home kind of beer. | 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Apr 11, 2009 341 mL Bottle. Clear yellow with an instantly dissipating frothy head. Aroma is faint, mostly cereal with a hint of citrus. The flavor is of a light-bodied beer, moderately sweet-bitter with subtle notes of apple and lemon rind, no noticeable aftertaste. Disappointing.
