Pours with a thin white head and a medium gold with few carbonation bubbles. Aroma of earthy hops and some rotten grass clippings. The flavor is a slightly minty with some strange wheat. Alost has that playful saaz hops chracter. The flavors are muted with soapy aftertaste. Mullo (102), Brisbane, Australia

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 10, 2004 Mid gold colour. Cardboardy aroma. Sweetish flavour, with a touch of malt and some bitterness coming through on the finish. Otherwise, not much else going on. Certainly not the worst I’ve had, but not too interesting. 341ml bottle from beersofeurope.co.uk. BBE 27 September 2004.

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 4, 2004 Bottle: Poured a clear golden colored beer with almost no head or carbonation. Aroma is quite skunky, which surprised me since I pick what I thought, was a fresh batch. Aroma is quite weak as expected. Taste is also quite weak with limited malt and again that skunky feel coming out. Still a mystery why they bother using a clear bottle.
