Tap. I believe this is what they brought my father at the pub. The waiter said they had a Beligian Wit and this was all I could find on their beer list. The below description is still accurate.

Jan 30, 2006 On tap at the Great Alaska Beer and Barley Wine Festival. Murky yellow beer with a foamy white head. Yeasty spice nose. Clean tasting beer with a slight tangyness to it. Sour oranges, some spice (maybe coriander) and something soapy. Not one of the better beers at the festival.
