OK. I cut and pasted this part from my other ratings at SLO brewing: "Tried at the brewpub in downtown Paso Robles after a day of visiting wineries. Man, the wineries ROCK here. What an awesome day. What a better way to finish off the day than to sit down with a sampler platter of ice cold uber-crappy beer." On to the beer: Light hop bitterness. very low hop aroma. Maybe a bit of dishrag. Amber color. Lots of carbonation to replace the waning hops.

On tap at the SLO location. Nice west coast IPA. Strong aromas/flavors of citrus and a light fruity sweetness. Solid bitterness with a good body make this beer finish smoothly. Nice.

Draught at the Santa Barbara location. Clear ruddy amber color with a creamy head. Herbal, piney hops in the aroma. Basic Cali IPA flavor profile, with piney and grapefruit peel hop flavors with a light toasted malt base that gives a little grain sweetness. All the flavors seem pretty light and watered down though. Makes for a sessionable and balanced beer, though for the strength, this should pack some more in there. Finishes bitter, with a medium-light body and crisp carbonation. Alright for a lighter flavored IPA.

Sampled on draught: medium bodied brew, porus a clear amber colour with a big white head. lots of classic citrusy character in the taste. Hops are noticeable, not overly strong but pleasent and well integrated.

On tap at pub in SLO. Nice sessionable IPA. Good floral aroma and balanced. Straight from the tap at the brewery, it tasted REALLY fresh and that was fantastic. I’m surprised this has not been rated in 6 months. They had alot of their own beer on tap but once I started IPA I stayed with it all night. Good good single ipa beer on draft..

Paso Robles location on a beautiful day. Sat on the patio and smelled that aroma of aggressive hops and some flower and spiced. Color was a nice bright orange with good white head. Flavor was just like the nose, easy hops a first, then a burst in the middle while the malts came to balance it out. Finish was a great citrus hops flavor that dried just enough to make you go for another....and another....and another. Not the best, but great on this day.

Draft. Amber beer with a little off-white head. Citrus hop aroma. Citrus hop flavor with a malt backing. Nice balance.
