Oct 1, 2006 Bottled. Golden coloured. Hazy. Off white head. Sweetish and flowery aroma. Some light fruitiness is notable. Flavour is herbal and flowery with some fruitnotes as well. Medium bodied. Dry mouthfeel. Light herbal and bitter end. Refreshing and easy to drink. Very good Pilsener.

Jul 29, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a handsome, dense and creamy head leaving some laces. Neat and rather sophisticated floral aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet and malty with a lovely hop aromatic finish. Really an exquisite lager. 260706

May 27, 2006 A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of straw and some grain. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw as well as some hops. The end has a subdued bitterness with a hint of fruit. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth. Plain, but very drinkable.
