Grovlam (2984), Copenhagen, Denmark Mar 25, 2008 Bottle. [Courtesy of my college Bengt] Huge fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework in the glass. Sparkling clear body with a pale yellow color. Aroma of sweet toasted malt, dusty grain, light grassy, hint of citrus and floral notes. Quit unique aroma which I guess stams from the hops "Svalöf Korsing 85 Mauritz" from the village of Näsum in Scania. Over the palate came light hoppy notes with some dusty straw like feel as well. Light bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Light dry and sweet citrus like finish. motelpogo (4111), Plzen, Czech Republic Feb 25, 2007 rbesg06gt, bottled. pretty pale, asparagus aroma, soft texture, light and crisp finish, so-so Finn (1072), Tromsø, Norway Feb 24, 2007 Bottle 0,5l. Extremely pale. A small white head. Hoppy aroma but otherwise unvaried and dull. OK on a warm summers day, perhaps. Too carbonated. Rune (1508), Tromsø, Norway Feb 24, 2007 500ml bottle. Straw yellow, slightly hazy body. Low-level head. Oily, citric aroma. "Radler" taste. Little more than citrus flavoured water. Grassy impression.
