Commercial Description:

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes fo malt, yeast, and straw. The flavor is sweet amtly with notes of straw and yeast, leading to a dry bitter finish where the note of straw lingers.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival (unfiltered version). Golden colour with brief head and the slightest haze. Grassy spicy nose. Very dry with clean and crisp, yet solid maltiness. Lightly grainy and really hoppy with strikingly bitter finish.
