500 ml bottle. Clear dark coppery colour, thin light brown head. Sweet, fruity, caramel-malty aroma. The flavour is slightly roasted, sweetish, fruity, with a spicy bitter finish.

A fairly true to type Scandinavian Christmas beer. Loads of sweet malt, some spices. They could have hopped this a bit more and lifted it to a new level. But compared to the macos it is very decent.

0,5 l bottle. Nice chestnut color, little head. Nose includes malts, vegetables and spices. Flavor is also malty, quite sweet and leaves a certain metallic aftertaste. Nothing spectacular, but definitely drinkable.

50cl Bottle. Beautiful clear mahogany, slightly coarse beige head. Sweet syrupy nose, earthy spiciness, candi sugar, glue, mild nuttiness and Belgian strong -feel. Flavor is sweet berry wine, molasses, mild clove, coarse finish with minimal bitterness, some earth, resiny glue and hints of minerals. A bit hollow overall. Almost medium bodied, neutral carbonation. Could do a lot better without the spices.

Bottle 0,5 l. Dark amber copper, off white head. Malty and a bit syrupy and fruity nose. Flavor is sweetish, a bit of toast and maybe some citric tones and dried fruits. Ok, but a bit forgettable.
