Floral aroma with a good bit of pine light citrus. Lots of citrus (especially but not limited to grapefruit) and grass with some mild carmel and a big flowery/grapefruit finish. Very well done! | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 18, 2005 IPA night. Somewhat similar to the cascade and centennial IPAs from last year- lots of citrus with a good balance of pine and jsut a hint of minty qualities. This was pretty good overall, but I think because it was the 2nd IPA of the year- it had lost some of its freshness. bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 20, 2005 Wow this company makes a lot of IPAs. I think this was the one I had. Poured dark amber with a thick white head. Spectacular retention. Aroma was malty with citrus, graitfruit and hops. The flavor was quite malty for an IPA and the alcohol was hidden very well. Pretty enjoyable, just not great, scoobyluv (486), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 24, 2005 dark amber color. the hops sneak up on you as they are not apparent on first sip. it is not until it hits the back of the throat that the hops become noticable. it is not as good as the 113 which uses a variety of hops rhapsouldize (174), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 16, 2005 Tap. Pours a beautiful dark amber in color with an off-white head. Aroma contains hops and grapefruit. Flavor is citrusy and spicy, and you can definitely sense the presence of alcohol. Overall, not their best, but good. JFGrind (1351), Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 6, 2005 Excellent presentation, this IPA has a brick red body and thick head. Citrus aroma, but this meduim bodied IPA has more of an earthy spicy aroma. I never heard of this hop and it wasn’t listed in two homebrewing books I tried to reference it in.
