Aroma is fresh citrus, rind, and some pine. This IPA has a noticeable and bready malt profile, earthy and grapefruit flavors, and an impressively bitter finish. Great brew. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 19, 2008 2008 Draft. Pours amberish gold in color with a average sized long lasting beige sticky head. Nice lacing is left on the glass. Aroma of sweet citrus and floral hops. Tastes of grapefruit, pine, and a nice sweet maltiness. The hop bitterness lingers into the finish for quite some time. This is one of the better IPA project brews from Sly Fox. Ty5592 (1015), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 21, 2008 Tap @ Mugs. Poured a clear gold with a white head. The aroma is citrusy and somewhat sweet. Some pine. Citrus flavor followed by a fair amount of bitterness. Very long dry finish with a light-medium body. You can tell the malt is there but it doesn’t jump right out. nhorween (640), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 10, 2008 Tap at BT. Slightly hazy amber pour with a soapy head. Simple but grassy and floral aroma. Hoppy and bitter with lots of pithy notes. Enjoyable and really drinkable for the ABV. Unbalanced in all the right ways. pineypower (1104), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 5, 2008 Tap at Capone’s. Pours out a very attractive amber color with a perfect three finger fluffy head. Aroma of citrus and slight grassy hops. Taste is very well balanced with citrus hops coming through. Very nicely balanced. Well done jason (1624), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 3, 2008 Draft. Deep amber body with thin head. Aroma was very thin and faint. I’m surprised there wasn’t a huge citrus attack comming from it. Flavor is bitter citrus, lemon, very strong hop presence with a low malty feel. Not a bad beer but a little to strong and not well balanced. This one gave me massive hop burps. adrian910ss (1435), philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
