The cenenial hops are perfectly balanced in an excellent malt background. I would say it was almost centennial hop candy... they did not violate the purity of this royal hop with any ruidiculous pairing it just worked. A clear winner. Try it if you can get there.

On tap at Sly Fox in Royersford...take this baby out of retirement! Pours a lightly hazy golden orange/amber with a medium bubbly/creamy off white head that left nice lacing. Aroma of orange, pine, grapefruit, some floral notes and caramel. Flavor of orange zest, pine and grapefruit. Very nice chewy hop flavor with a great caramel lightly toasted and nutty malt balance. Nice lingering hop bitterness. This has become my favorite American hop even in my own home brews...Sly Foxfeatures it nicely here.

Draft @ Phoenixville - Hazy amber color with a medium head. Aroma is a nice, subtle grassy-citrus that smells like you’re relaxing in a nice field - also some light caramel-bready malts in there. Flavor is a nice citrusy, grassy hop bouquet with a smooth, tasty, but not overpowering malt taste. Really tasty - just had a Founders Centennial IPA yesterday and found this one to be equally good. Best IPA project beer I’ve tried yet, but I’ve never had the elusive Simcoe.............

Draught: Brian O’Riley continues to create amazing brews! This IPA was wonderful. It smelled of Cascade hops, and was a bit floral and sweet smelling as well. Appearence was amber/brown color. Poured with nice creamy white head. Provided big thick lacing. Flavor was pure Cascade. Nothing more, nothing less. I could drink this all day, so needless to say, the palate was great. Also had an awesome dry-bitter finish. Overall, I love Cascade IPA.

On draft, 7.2% ABV. Pours dark straw colored. This one is hopped exclusively with Centennial hops. Great head and lacing. Strong hop and pine aroma. Tastes super hoppy, with slight pine overtones. Wonderful mouthfeel. Finishes hoppy, malty/sweet, with slight dryness, citrus, and honey at the finish. Very complex. An awesome IPA.

Cascade hops but more so. Citrus and pine aroma, light floral notes. Pretty bitter, finishes like taking a bite of grapefruit

Tap at the SF IPA event. Orange clear, tan head. Nice hop aroma. Centennial works well in IPAS, and you see it frequently in the Left Coast versions. Flavor nice and balanced. Hops don’t dominate too much. Decent finish. The malt comes through slightly.
