Draught at Phoenixville Brewpub: Aroma of hops, pine, spruce, citrus and grapefruit. Pungent. Poured orange/amber in color with a small tan head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Medium to heavy bitter flavor. Tastes of hops, grapefruit, pine, and spruce. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Bitter hoppy finish. A very good IPA.

On tap at the Royersford location. Pours a nice copper/amber with a medium creamy/bubbly off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, some pine, mango, other tropical fruits, orange...almost smells like a tropical fruit drink. Also getting some caramel notes and floral. Flavor of grapefruit, pine, again the tropical fruits, smooth hop bitterness, caramel and lightly toasted malt. For sure one of the top, if not the top IPA in the Sly Fox single hop IPA series. I need to get my hands on some Cluster hops!

Tap @ Capones - orange hazy pour with white rocky head that clings to the glass. Aroma is gummy and piney but not over the top. Very fresh smelling. Flavor has good bitterness along the front and sides of the tongue. Good balance and Cluster seems to be a good single hop choice, though for my personal taste idlinemore hop flavor.

Tap at Barcade: Amber pour with a dense off white head. Has a great, rich fruity aroma with plenty of tropical notes of peach, mango, lychee, resiny notes, and a caramel malt back. The palate is nice creamy and silky. The flavor is very rich yet balanced. A solid caramel malt body, giving a rounded sweet base/ a touch of dough (which is hard to detect through the great assertive hops) Rich tropical fruit flavors with lychee, peach and mango, accompanied by a thick resiny flavor and wet hop character. The finish is very long, piny and dry. Great IPA; aggressively hopped, rich and well balanced.

Draft @ Capone’s. Basically the classic look and feel of all SF IPA project beers. Citrusy floral aroma. Flavor has a nice fruity/floral thing that reminds one of being in an orange grove. Classic SF maltiness that I like with a nice feel and solid finish. Another really good IPA proj brew.

[Draft @ Capones] Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, floral hops, caramel malts, citrus fruits, and a bit of grass. Taste of pine, citrus fruits, grass, caramel, toasted malts, and medium bitterness in the finish.
