Sampled many beers today at the Sly Fox and this beer was a great lager, one of my favorites. Good presentation and fantastic finish.

Carmel malty goodness served in a pint at the Good Dog in Philly. Clear amber in colour with a thin head. wentgreat with the chorizzo quesadillas! This was a solid brew that i never would have bought in the can... but on tap was delicious.

Can. Poured into a Brooklyn Weiss glass. Deep copper brown in color with a thick off white head. Roasty grainy aroma. Brown sugar notes. Malty caramel and fruity flavor. Toasty notes. Finish is nutty. Thin bodied. Decent beer.

Can, poured into a Brooklyn Weiss glass. Great looking beer. Bubbles cling to the glass, Sticky, tan head loaded with heady, roasty grains. Flavor is sweet and nutty, you’d swear this beer was imported from Bavaria. Tastes like Andechser. The only negative is the body is on the slight side and once it warms just a bit, it’s becomes a bit too sweet. Nothing wrong with the flavor though. Cheers!

Can from Super Saver in Pennington, NJ. Pours a very nice dark amber with a beige head. Aroma of bread and lightly roasted malts. Medium to light bodied with a refreshing texture- although slightly on the thin side. Flavor of sweet dark bread, wet grains, tea, munich malts, roasted malt, and nuts. This has a nice balancing herbal bitterness. Some slight dryness on the finish with a slight tang. Fairly complex for a lighter style session beer. A little more body would be ideal for my personal tastes. Under rated IMO.

Can your ideas of a canned beer. Mix it into a sixpack of someone’s regular beer. Nice head with great taste.

Poured a copper color with a small, off white head that left very light lacing on the glass. Dry, nutty aroma, also some toffee, butterscotch, and spicy cinnamon. Taste of caramel and toasted malt, light bread, nutty with light bitterness. Average mouthfeel.

Can 355 ml
Appearance :Light brown with amber ruby light see trough, good well build rocky crown on top. Good lacing 4+
Nose :Fresh malty nose, hint of caramel and aromatic mineral hops with bit of nutmeg. Pleasant.7+
Flavour/Palate: Medium bodied. Mineral character up front with sweet caramel middle. Toasty malts with hint of burnt on side. A bit short finish. Medium high carbonation. Refreshing in hot summer day. Perhaps a bit too harsh and short lived character but solid overall proper dunkel from PA.
