"Gang rape in the alley"....medium to dark brown....thin dark head...sweet malty grainy scents and flavor....bourbon??...oak barrel??...or just a little smoky?....burnt maple with added water...not gettin’ a whole lot...simple...just alright on a good night..a little caramel...pretty good gang rape in the alley

On tap at Rattle’n’Hum. The best laid plans of mice and men... Malty, floral aroma and dark pour. Sweet, smoky malt flavor, with a touch of something a little odd, like sorghum or bubble gum. My first from Sly Fox, and it is a good one.

22oz bottle. Dark brown/ cola colored. Aroma of PeptoBismal, wintergreen. Flavor of some caramel. Followed up by a hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. Light bodied. 03 may 08.

A dark brown beer with hints o’ red. Great lace patterns. Very Oatmealy nose with some deep fruitiness. Very traditional. Sweet and malty. Lovely toasted flavours. Such a great, friendly finish. Really nice. Savoury, easy and genuinely (in the most serous way) delicious.

Some dude was yelling for some gang bang ale, so i had to try this one. Pours a brown body with amber hues and an a mostly white head. This has a really nice woody character that’s not so present in the aroma its a bit like sawdust, but i didn’t see this as a bad thing. Some subdued malt character and a light fruit body. Not your typical scotch which pleased me.

Draft at Rattle ’n Hum. Poured a clear brown color with orange highlights. The head was thin and off white. Smelled of burnt toffee, fig, and black tea. Medium bodied and semi-sweet with moderate carbonation. Tasted of black cherry, fig, and molasses.

POURS A NICE DARK BROWN. NICE MELLOW FLAVOR WITH A MILD HOP TASTE. SLIGHTLY BITTER WITH STRONG ALCOHOL TASTE.

Thanks Dr. Jay for this latest local. Pours mahogoney brown with a little white crown, and some lace on the way down. Aroma of roasted malt, and some yeast. Above average mouthfeel, appropriate carbonation (that may hav got there by leaving it many months in the cellar). Toaste of roasted malt, a litle peat, finish of chocolate malt.
