Reminds me of a hop devil. Very good beer. Will have this again and soon I hope. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 13, 2005 Draft at Phoenixville, PA location. Another winner. This one pours copper, with a big eggshell head. The aroma is a resiny hop. The taste is hoppy, with resiny hops and a slight dry minty twinge at the finish. Not as sweet as some of the other Sly Fox IPAs, but then again it isn’t trying to be. I loved this one. Goes great with nachos. obxdude10 (1561), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 10, 2005 Definitely one of the best varietal IPA’s the Fox has done, copper color, big off-white head, excellent lacing around the glass, very floral nose with notes of pine, citrus, & hops, full-bodied, very easy-drinking beer, very smooth, excellently balanced, lots of hops in the flavors with a sweet malty backbone, very bitter & dry, more citrus notes in the body along with a dry & woody flavor, dry finish & more hops, overall a great IPA and certainly one of the best in the entire "Anniversary" collection

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 23, 2005 Glacier hops are spicy and yes even minty. Attractive IPA with golden body and pillowy white head. Floral aroma, and spicy flavor. This is only the second beer I’m aware I’ve consumed with glacier hops (other beer was DFH Burton Baton). rhapsouldize (174), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 16, 2005 Tap. This was pretty much a run-of-the-mill Sly Fox IPA. Very hoppy, pretty bitter, citrusy and piney notes in the flavor and aroma. Overall, delicious, but not unique. hopdog (5606), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 9, 2005 On tap at the Sly Fox Brew Pub. Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of flowers, some spices and very light citrus. Tastes of the same. egajdzis (3629), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 7, 2005 Poured a copper color with a medium sized, off white head, that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral, citrus, and fresh hop resin. Taste of grass, strong hop bitterness, lightly sour lime, and a dry finish. Not enough malts in this one, and I was looking forward to this hop.
