Poured a translucent golden amber with a great lacing off white head. Aroma of caramel and light sweet malts along with some citrus. Flavors of the same, heavy on the malts. I thought this was a solid lager.

Poured a medium copper/golden color with a small white head. Knid of a weak earthy malt taste with a little citrus in the finish. One of my least favorite Sly Fox brews.

Poured a copper color with a smal,l off white, sticky, head and left spotty lacing on the glass. Sweet malty, light fruit (berries), and a yeasty, earth aroma. Taste was very malty, some light citrus and other bright fruits, thought it finished very dry. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Part on the sampler at the brewery. Nice clean drinkable beer. Had a slight malt flavor to it.

Not a bad lager, certainly a lot better than others, very light amber in color with a straw hue, huge bubbly white head, smooth & drinkable, hints of yeast & slight hop character in the flavors, medium-full body, decent session beer

Pours dark straw/light amber. Minimal head. Aromas of malt, slight toffee. VEry smooth, with a crisp dry bite at the end. Complex.

Has this at the Standard Tap in Philadelphia. Only had a small one knowning that Sly Fox brews can range wildly from average, to poor, to outstanding. This lager rated somewhere between average and poor. It would have been hard to distinguish it form Yeungling Lager in both color and aroma. Flavor lacked the corn undertones in Yeungling, but overall a very average medium bodied lager.

Heavy yeasty aroma, light hop flavor. Not bad, I wish more breweries would brew California Common style beers.
