Draft at the Phoenixville location, July 2006. A pale amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet grassy and hoppy, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and grassy and hoppy notes from the very beginning all the way thru to the end. Nice.

opaque burnt orange, fine off white head, thick drippy lace, earthy and floral hop aroma on a dry caramel malt base with a faint unidentified character that may be light dms, dry caramel malt with lots of hop flavor and bitterness leading to a long bitter finish, some sweetness shows up to add nice balance and complexity, a fine drinking pale ale

Cask. Amber colour, fluffy beige head. Aroma is fruits, hay, grass and some mild caramel malts. Flavour is the same along with some slight notes of wood.

Creamy white head covers the hazy amber body. Well balanced malt/hops aromas procure the usual caramel and toasted bread maltiness to go along orangey, spicy and earthy hops, the global effectbeing apricot reminiscent and kind of oaky. Medium bodied, slightly watery in the finish, controlled bitterness and acidity. Good.
