Unclear medium yellow orange color with a huge, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. Golden / orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, malt. Flavour is fruit, yeast, hop, dried fruit, flower. Nice easy drinkable beer. The best beer from the brewer so far.

Jun 23, 2008 330ml bottle. Dim golden body with a gigantic, foamy white head. Refreshing aroma of flower and sap, almost a bit spicy wood. Sweet and bitter flavor with a hint of apple and vinegar. Sour and unpleasant finish. Hope this problems will be solved.

May 3, 2008 An extremely fizzy, unclear golden colored beer with a huge (double Orval), everlasting rocky white head. Dry malty, astingent fruity aroma. Taste is dry malts with a vinegar-ish sourness. Thin, heavily corbonatied body. Short sourish end. Totally out of of balance. (bottle kindly provided by Yngwie)

Apr 22, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Warm golden with a huge, nice and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruity hops. The flavour has a nice citrussy bitterness, notes of fruit, where I find papaya as the strongest note. It’s a very aromatic and nice lager that is outstanding in it’s style.
