Beer_2000 (1164), Kristiansand, Norway Dec 28, 2007 330ml botlle. Body is golden with a huge off-white head. Aroma is fruity yeast with a little hint of yeast. Flavor is fresh, relatively sweet, some malt, a certain level of sourness (recognizable from the Kvernkrnurr, but not this overwhelming). The finish has certain bitterness. Medium body and a bit watery. This beer is promising as a kind version of a German style weissbier but not to complex. At a certain level I recognize some of the “infection” acidity from Kvernknurr, but not to annoying this time. This could have something to do with this beer sampled quite fresh and this style beer could easy tolerate certain sourness at a moderate level. I want to re-rate this beer from another batch, this could be a quite interesting beer somewhere between average and complex weissbier.
