Nov 18, 2009 Dark gold amber colored body with a bright white head. The nose is walnut flesh with some sweet potatoes and a little bit of raw bread dough. The taste is largely bitter orange peels with burnt bread crust and notes of apple core. There is also some black pepper spice in the finish, but it is light. Overall a decent light pale ale, but the doughy notes are a little more than I like in an APA.

Jul 31, 2009 Deep golden color, aroma of sweet malt. I had pretty low expectations for this since their IPA is mediocre, at best. But this is an enjoyable refreshing beer. A good balance of hops and malt, just a good flavorful, balanced brew, nothing out of this world, but solid.

Jun 7, 2009 From tronraner via trade. The pour was light copper with a one-finger tall white head and decent lacing. The aroma was malty, light citrus and stale hops. The flavor was light citrus over iced tea and earthy, pine hops. Super bitter and dry on the finish.

May 23, 2009 Received a single 12-oz bottle via trade with lithy. Pours a clear golden light amber colored brew with a creamy off-whtie head that quickly dissipates to a bubbly top. Aroma of toasted golden grain malt, some grassy hops, and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light to medium body, some carbonation with flavors of roasted golden grain malt, some dry hops character and a touch of citrus. Finish is semi-dry with a grassy hops and crisp aftertaste.
