Commercial Description:
A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive "dry hopping imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting excessive bitterness.

On tap @ Turkey Creek. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Light hoppy aroma, fresh and crisp. Citrusy to start, medium body finishes with a sharp bitterness. Average.

Pours a light amber with a nice hoppy aroma. Flavor is malty sweetness and a good bit of hop in the finish. My favorite SMB offering.

thanks lithy! Gold, fluffy white head, NW hop aroma. Malt has a sweetness like taffy and the solid bitterness creeps through in the finish.

Bottle: Thanks Secret Santa! Pours an orange with a light haze and a white strong head. Lots a vegetal character in the aroma- soggy cascade and subdued catty pine notes. Nice creamy feel- mildly carbonated. Rounded sweetness throughout- a touch of mild vanilla (pale malt) which precedes grainier malt notes and a late subdued citrus hop character. Low bitterness. A simple APA.

Poured clear light amber with a four-fingered head. The aroma was citrusy, the flavor was dominate malt with very little hop character. There was something slightly off about this beer, like an earthy or slightly ashtray character, it was difficult to pin down, maybe a little husky. It is drinkable, but I was not crazy about this beer...I’ve had better APA’s.

Bottle: Pours a dark golden color with a finger of off-white head. Inviting aroma of sweet caramel and citrus fruits. Flavor is sweet and citrus fruity up front with a drier, almost rye and floral tale. Finishes a little on the soapy side. Drinkable, but could see some refinement. Thanks Lithy.

Bottle courtesy of lithy – my first brew from TN – thanks Justin! Pours a clear gold with a one finger white head that leaves spotty lacing. The nose is caramel malt and light earthy hops. The taste is grassy hops, malt and grain with a faint citrus finish. Medium bodied. Not much going on, but nothing wrong with it. Easy drinker.

12 oz bottle courtesy of lithy. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head and spotty lace. Aroma is grapefruit hops. Palate is medium bodied with average amount of carbonation. Flavor is pretty much mostly hops althought not real strong. Somewhat bitter finish. A nice average pale ale.
