Commercial Description:
A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive "dry hopping imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting excessive bitterness.

Nice easy going Pale. Really nice on the palate as it switches between sweet and bitter. Nice addition to Butter’s tasting.

Bottle at the Fourth Butters’ Cellar Clearance Event. Clear amber pour. Fruity hop aroma. Pleasant bitter fruity hop flavor with some grainy sweetness. Fair for style. Better on draft at Calhouns. Fruity and floral. Good for style.

Bottle. A timid pale ale compared to many other APAs I have had. It is more malty than hoppy with a slightly off-putting vegetal character. Still, an easy-drinking ale despite it being far from crisp and clean. Golden/yellow, slightly hazy body with a thin, off-white head. Light aroma of caramel and floral hops along with a hint of canned corn. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Very little bitterness in the finish, a finish that is lightly sweet. Light to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel and slightly tingly carbonation. The aftertaste has a bit of canned corn juice flavor.

Bottle shared by goldtwins. Pale amber. Earthy and lightly orangey aroma with a lightly oxidized and vegetal quality. Hops have gone all cheesey. Lightly earthy. Meh.
