Commercial Description:
A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive "dry hopping imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting excessive bitterness.

Poured a slightly hazed amber color with a thin off-white head. The aroma was floral but vegetal as well. Dull malt flavor with a hint of tartness and bitterness on the finish. Light bodied.

Thanks lithy! Bottle, amber pour. Aroma is pretty nice with some good earthy hops and a nice hit of caramel. Flavor has some nice hops, but it is just way to watered down. I found that it tasted like it was brewed with some really high quality water, but that was shining through more than the hops or malt.

On tap at the brewpub in Gatlinburg. Poured a clear gold/orange color with a small white head. Aroma of caramel malt and floral hops. Flavor was well balanced with a good malt platform, with a piney hop finish.

Nice red-orange color with a thin white head that disappears quick. Aroma of light caramel and a herbal hop aroma. More light piney herbal hops, light caramel malt.

Draft at Gatlinburg location. A nice clear orange in the glass with a creamy off-white head that has a thin layer lasting and light lacing. The aroma finds light floral and citrus. The flavor finds caramel and hoppy floral and grapefruit. Light to medium body with a moderate bitterness throughout. Dry finish. Decent!

Draft at Calhoun’s in Gatlinburg, TN. Pour is clear and light orange with a fine white head - small but lasts and leaves good lacing. Aroma is very citrusy with a nice hops character. Flavor is bright and clean, grassy and just a bit bitter. Finishes quite dry with a little linger. Light carbonation with a touch of creaminess. Overall, a very drinkable and enjoyable beer, but nothing extraordinary.

Draft at Calhoun’s on the River. Orange-golden with a small, creamy and lasting head. Citrus, nut, and grass aroma. Flavor of toasted nut, citrus, and woody hops. Light-medium body is watery with a dry finish. Served way too cold, but improved with warming.

Copper pour, small white head. Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is crisp malts, caramel and citrus hops. Sticky and resiny but still fairly malty. Not bad., very drinkable.
