Commercial Description:
A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive "dry hopping imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting excessive bitterness.

12 0z bottle via homebrew Myst swap (thanks decaturstevo!). Pours a hazy amber with no head. Nose is mostly fruity esters. Taste starts with some sweet caramel malts, then some fruitiness..berries and apples, then some grassiness and grapefruit hops in the finish and linger into the aftertaste. A bit metallic as well. Body is thin and it is a bit watery. Carbonation is high. Almost average...

Sampled at the Smoky Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg. A very nice and hoppy pale ale. Deep gold color. One of the better American Ales I have had.

Pours a clear burned orange with a finger of white head. Laces very well. I smell a burst of hops, citrusy and rindy. Taste is a light brew but strong on bittering hops for a pale ale (which I loved)with a nice malty backbone. Great mouthfeel and carbonation and oustanding drinkability. Had 3 $3 liters of this beauty during monday night football, I slept very well that night.

12 oz. bottle from Suttree. Pour is orange red with only a slight haze, and a 1/2 inch white head. Aroma is a little piney, and a little biscuity malt. Taste is more of the aroma, piney hops and biscuit malt. There is a bit of a sour - bitter hop finish, which is quite nice. Good solid palate. Overall tasted somewhere between and English and American Pale Ale, regardless, really well done and tasty.

Bonus bottle from Naclamsie. Thanks! Pours with no head, despite heavy pour. Hmmm? Screw top cap seems tight but I have a tough time judging these. A little bit of carbonation in the taste, but very little. Light amber color. Hop aroma is low, but there is a little bit of melanoidin malt. Hop bitterness is very mild. What happened here. It’s like it was heated until hop aroma evaporated along with the carbonation. Maybe there was an air leak. Not spoiled. Cardboard flavor is minimal.

Draft sampler at Pigeon Forge. Poured an amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Light sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.

Not the best pale ale around, but very serviceable. This one poured a clear orange gold with a small white head. Aroma was floral cascades. Flavor was dry, light with good piney hop flavors. Good stuff.
