Aug 3, 2007 Pours a clear orange golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of cascade hops with a faint floral scent. Taste is slightly bitter with cascade hops present and a bit of a floral finish. Nice.

Apr 21, 2007 Pours a dirty golden brown color with a modest head of off-white. Aromas have quite a bit of Cascade goodness rising from the liquid. Freshly picked hops dusted with yellow lupulin. Ample malt base has loads of hops layered upon it. For all the hop character, when all is said and done the notes become muted and the sessionality of this beer rises dramatically.

Mar 28, 2007 Hazy flat golden color out of the bottle with only a faint whisp of white bubbles for a head. This sweetness in the nose with strong piney hop nose. This is a hoppy ale. Thin piney hop flavor over a soft caramel sweet foundation. As it warms a berry fruitiness blooms. The finish dries out to a long grapefruit rind bitterness. This is a solid, middle of the road everyday drinker.

Jan 27, 2007 Bottle. Light, piney, slightly sweet aroma. Hardly exciting. Taste has decent hops but has a bad corn sweetness. Easily drinkable. Not too bad.

Nov 7, 2006 Bottle from Phil (suttree) Thanks! Pours out a brownish color with a nice head which goes away quickly. Smell is mostly hops and some grass and straw with a little bit of citrus notes. Taste is hoppy and rich yet very smooth and easy drinking. A pretty good session beer that would be a regular of mine if I lived in TN. Nice stuff

Oct 8, 2006 Draft... The only offering I tasted on my 10/7/06 visit with any real flavor... Clear golden ale with a small, frothy, white head. Grapefruit, orange and juniper in the nose. Caramel malt and cookie flavor with moderate bitterness provided by PNW hops. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. Lengthy, lightly bitter, grassy finish.

Aug 3, 2006 Draft. Poured a dark golden color, with a thin white head. Lots of hoppiness in the aroma, very much a textbook pale ale. Flavor was very pronounced and hoppy, with some light notes of maltiness.
