Commercial Description:
A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive "dry hopping imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting excessive bitterness.

Draft... The only offering I tasted on my 10/7/06 visit with any real flavor... Clear golden ale with a small, frothy, white head. Grapefruit, orange and juniper in the nose. Caramel malt and cookie flavor with moderate bitterness provided by PNW hops. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. Lengthy, lightly bitter, grassy finish.

Bottle shared by goldtwins. Pale amber. Earthy and lightly orangey aroma with a lightly oxidized and vegetal quality. Hops have gone all cheesey. Lightly earthy. Meh.

Draft sampler at Pigeon Forge. Poured an amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Light sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew.

Dark gold amber colored body with a bright white head. The nose is walnut flesh with some sweet potatoes and a little bit of raw bread dough. The taste is largely bitter orange peels with burnt bread crust and notes of apple core. There is also some black pepper spice in the finish, but it is light. Overall a decent light pale ale, but the doughy notes are a little more than I like in an APA.

Poured a slightly hazed amber color with a thin off-white head. The aroma was floral but vegetal as well. Dull malt flavor with a hint of tartness and bitterness on the finish. Light bodied.

Received a single 12-oz bottle via trade with lithy. Pours a clear golden light amber colored brew with a creamy off-whtie head that quickly dissipates to a bubbly top. Aroma of toasted golden grain malt, some grassy hops, and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is light to medium body, some carbonation with flavors of roasted golden grain malt, some dry hops character and a touch of citrus. Finish is semi-dry with a grassy hops and crisp aftertaste.
