| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 18, 2009 Dark gold amber colored body with a bright white head. The nose is walnut flesh with some sweet potatoes and a little bit of raw bread dough. The taste is largely bitter orange peels with burnt bread crust and notes of apple core. There is also some black pepper spice in the finish, but it is light. Overall a decent light pale ale, but the doughy notes are a little more than I like in an APA. goldtwins (4083), Nesconset, New York, USA
