Commercial Description:
A delicious brown ale with a deep chesnut color. Low hop rate and light carbonation make this brew a smooth and creamy number with a rich, malty-sweet finish. Look closely for the touch of roastedness in the background.

Bottle thanks to Joe. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma is very interesting; lots of sweet fruity notes, some malt and light nutty aromas. A fairly sweet and very fruity mix, honey and earthy caramel malts also. The finish is very interesting; some fruit and maybe some smoke. Very nice. Almost like a baby Barley Wine.

Pours a clear brownish-copper colour with a fairly weak head. Soft nutty character, caramel and cardboard. Flavors are refreshing, very clean on the palate, and satisfying all the way around. A nice refreshing summer brew.

Draft at the brewery in Gatlinburg, TN. Dark amber color with a very small head. Smells like bread - very malty nose - with perhaps a touch of something nutty. Taste is very grainy and too sweet. A touch of bitterness in the finish, but not nearly enough to balance things out.
