Hudspart (317), Hudsonville, Michigan, USA Apr 28, 2008 On tap at the brewery. I wish that give this beer an honest review, but as soon as I had a sip, I forget what it tasted like. Not bad, just very bland. One of the most forgettable beers I have ever had.

Darker amber/light brown in the glass with a thin off-white head that has a thin layer lasting, Very light aroma of malts. Milk chocolate flavor with a hop and earthy background. Soft nutty character, caramel and cardboard. Flavors are refreshing, very clean on the palate, and satisfying all the way around. Smells like bread - very malty nose - with perhaps a touch of something nutty. Taste is very grainy and too sweet. Mild carbonation. wetherel (1012), Carlsbad, California, USA May 8, 2008 Bonus bottle from Nachlamsie. A hint of melanoidins when cap is popped. Very little head. Slightly cloudy amber color. Low aroma. Nutty flavor. A hint of smoke. Not bad.
