On tap at the brewery. I wish that give this beer an honest review, but as soon as I had a sip, I forget what it tasted like. Not bad, just very bland. One of the most forgettable beers I have ever had.

Aug 26, 2008 Draft at Gatlinburg location. Darker amber/light brown in the glass with a thin off-white head that has a thin layer lasting, Very light aroma of malts. Milk chocolate flavor with a hop and earthy background. Light to medium body. Sweet beginning and a bitter ending. Slightly chalky.

Jul 26, 2008 Pours a clear brownish-copper colour with a fairly weak head. Soft nutty character, caramel and cardboard. Flavors are refreshing, very clean on the palate, and satisfying all the way around. A nice refreshing summer brew.

Jul 5, 2008 Draft at the brewery in Gatlinburg, TN. Dark amber color with a very small head. Smells like bread - very malty nose - with perhaps a touch of something nutty. Taste is very grainy and too sweet. A touch of bitterness in the finish, but not nearly enough to balance things out.

Jun 8, 2008 on tap-pours a off white ring for a head and amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-honey/toffee. Taste is sweet medium malt-honey/toffee/peat, some earthy hops. Mild carbonation.

May 8, 2008 Bonus bottle from Nachlamsie. A hint of melanoidins when cap is popped. Very little head. Slightly cloudy amber color. Low aroma. Nutty flavor. A hint of smoke. Not bad.
