Commercial Description:
This rich, amber ale is smooth, mildly hopped and brewed with a special mixture of four different types of malted barley. It is full bodied and satisfying with a slight fruity note.

Draft. Nice malty beer. being a malt lover I really liked this beer. Aroma slightly like dark toast, but not burned. Flavor was that mild malt flavor thats not strong like dark beers but still good and tasty. Apperance was a light amber color. Pretty good stuff.

Medium copper colored body with some bright yellow amber at the edges when held to light. There is a thin bright white head on top. The nose is grainy, nearly raw, like boiling wort. There is also some pecans and a little bit of hay. The taste was light with nutty pecans and some more raw grains. Easy to drink and smooth with a decent overall sweetness. There was very hops to taste.

bottled. Basic in every way, w/ a bit of odd malty funk. Watery. Not for me.

Had this on tap at the brewpub in Pigeon Forge, TN. This was one of their more solid beers.

I felt this had even less flavor than the brown ale. That at least had some hoppiness. this was malty, but largely flat and bland. Just very boring overall.

Bottle thanks to Steph’s parents. Clear amber with small to medium, creamy white head. Aroma is slightly sweeter caramel and grass, some spice. Flavor is some spice, caramel, toast, biscuit, medium citrus hops and some bubblegum. Medium creamy body, light carbonation. Overall it is sessionable but sweeter than I would be normally looking for.

Clear amber approaches yellow on the edges, small head. Little grassy aroma, mostly liquid sugar/caramel in the nose. Really impressed by this, there is a toasted marshmallow sweetness, baked bread dryness, and a touch of balanced hops preventing anything from becoming flat and boring. Great job at achieving the delicate.

On tap @ Turkey Creek. Pours a clear reddish amber with a small white head. Very faint malty aroma, not much else here. Light caramel sweetness dominates the body. Nice malty finish. Average.
