Commercial Description:
This rich, amber ale is smooth, mildly hopped and brewed with a special mixture of four different types of malted barley. It is full bodied and satisfying with a slight fruity note.

12 oz bottle at Butters’ 4th Cellar Reduction. Pours an off-white head with a copper body. Smells like caramel and some malt. Taste caramel, cardboard malt.

slightly more red than the others. i had this last because i was least interested in it. unsurprisingly, it was pedestrain, uninspired, and any flavor evident was miserable.

Bottle. Pours orangish-red. Smell of barley. Taste is malty and fairly sweet. Not a huge Irish Red fan, but I did enjoy this one.

Thin orange-copper red coor with a thin light tan head. Grainy maltiness, light caramel in the aroma. Taste is more graininess sort of adjunct corn and caramel malt, light lasting hop bitterness.

Pours a light red with thin white head. Slightly sweet aroma, not much there. Flavor is sweet and a very light lingering hop presence. Pretty basic. Not bad just not much there.

Bottle thanks to tronraner. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. The aroma is very nice, lots of hops, some caramel, and fruit notes. The flavor is very crisp and clean, slightly bitter hops, some rich caramel malt, slightly fruity. A fizzy and medium mouthfeel. Not bad at all. Enjoyable.

On tap at the Gatlinburg brewery. Poured a clear amber with a small whitish head. Aroma of malt and citrus hops. Malty flavor with a decent hop balance.

Nice amber color, small off white head that had a decent hang time and managed to leave a decent lace behind. The aroma was malty and lightly citrus, with a mild hop presence.I like this brew, malty flavor with a nice citrus taste and just a bit of a tangy sensation coming from it as well. The hops are nicely done with just enough to make it interesting.A very nice and very drinkable brew
