Jul 14, 2006 On draught at the brewpub. I would say this was a dark red color with a small head. A little to soft on the hops for me. Tasted a little watered down.

Jun 29, 2006 12oz bottle acquired in trade with Suttree (thanks!). Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, toasted malts, and light citrus. Tastes of pretty much the same. Thinner body.

Jun 21, 2006 On tap. A clear copper red. A little heavy on the sweet caramel flavor, without quite enough hops. A light to medium body has a little biscuit toast overtone. Finish is not quite crisp enough.

Jun 9, 2006 via trade with decaturstevo - Pours a clear copper color with a light head that faded quickly. Light carbonation. Very light lacing. Light sweet caramel malt aroma and flavor. Just enough hop bitterness for balance. Medium to full body. Nice beer. Thanks Steve.

Jun 4, 2006 Pours a light copper with an aroma of light malt. A semi sweet taste of toasted malt. A nice smooth palate that is just a bit on the weak side. A very pleasant beer. A little more hops in the end would make it a much better beer but with that said a good beer.

Jan 16, 2006 Bottle take-out from the brewery. More of a light-brown than an amber pour, with initially a pretty decent head. Very light aroma, mainly citrus. Average ale taste. Rather malty and sweet, but I’d have to knock the finish as being a bit on the sour side.
