Commercial Description:
This rich, amber ale is smooth, mildly hopped and brewed with a special mixture of four different types of malted barley. It is full bodied and satisfying with a slight fruity note.

From a 12 oz bottle from the brewery. It has a malty nose and noticeable hops and a little grain in the taste. It poured with almost no head at all. I like this one, but not as much as the pale ale or IPA from Smoky mountain.

Bottle, 12 oz. Amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of hops and some malt; flavor of same, including breadiness. Enjoyed this with some barbeque, and the pairing was perfect. My favorite beer from this brewery so far.

Bottle courtesy of tronraner. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of earth, dough. Tastes malty and tangy. Pretty middle of the road.
