Pours amber with a small head. Flavor of hops and mild malt. Drinkable. ilherps (40), USA Apr 28, 2008 From a 12 oz bottle from the brewery. It has a malty nose and noticeable hops and a little grain in the taste. It poured with almost no head at all. I like this one, but not as much as the pale ale or IPA from Smoky mountain. DKTN (79), Mc Donald, Tennessee, USA Apr 27, 2008 Bottle, 12 oz. Amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of hops and some malt; flavor of same, including breadiness. Enjoyed this with some barbeque, and the pairing was perfect. My favorite beer from this brewery so far. jjpm74 (2760), Connecticut, USA Apr 1, 2008 Bottle courtesy of tronraner. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of earth, dough. Tastes malty and tangy. Pretty middle of the road.
