Commercial Description:
One of the great showcases for the rich sweetness of malt. The use of Scottish caramel malts gives this deep amber ale a wonderful, almost chewy texture. Full-bodied and slightly sweet. Look for a smokey note in the background.

Draft. Haven’t had this one in a while, but it is one of their better beers. It used to be a seasonal, not sure if it still is. Color is copper-amber with slight head. Aroma is malt and alcohol. Taste is similar, with a twang. I think it is typically about 7.5% ABV, not sure.
