Bottle courtesy of tronraner. Pours yellow/gold with a white head. Smells of wheat, hay, dry malt. Tastes nutty and dry with some nice hay hints and a lightly spicy finish. Lots of character.

Thanks to my uncle for getting me this one. Pale gold colored body with a quickly fading bright white head. The nose has bologna and grainy bread dough. The taste is like sweetened corn flakes and it has a slightly odd raw grain finish. Overall, it is a little dry and fun to drink. Actually, this is very nice for a pale lager, well done!

For a light beer this was a plesant surprise. Not as good as the full bodied beers offered at the brewhouse, but very refreshing for a light beer. If sold in local supermarkets, I may pick up the occasional sixer.

Sample at Calhoun’s, Knoxville, TN. pours clear goden, thin whtie head. aroma and taste were one dimensional, yet the beer was very enjoyable, pilsener like aroma with rice sweetness. Light in body with a light malty and bitter sweet finish. For the style, this was quite a surprise.

Bottle thanks to tronraner. Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. The aroma is mostly light malts and some hops. The taste is pretty basic, clean and crisp, lots of malt and earthy flavors. Pretty easygoing.

On tap at the Gatlinburg brewery. Poured a light straw color with a small white head. Aroma of malt and some corn. Flavor was malty and light. Good light beer.

Yeasty, mildly skunked aroma with notes of parched grain. Gingerale pale. Light flavor, dry, beany, slightly vegetable or brothy. Thin palate. A servicable light beer -- a good choice with the chicken wings.
