Nov 12, 2009 A slightly cloudy dark amber colored body with topped with a perfectly white head. The nose has some notes of ginger as well as a little bit of sweet potatoes. The taste has some bitter bread crust as well as orange juice. There was also a little bit of black pepper bite in the finish. Decent.

aroma malty, hops, grainy, just loved the aroma.
taste, pilsener, saaz hops, nice bready/dough malty palate, light bitter finish.
Simple and very easy to drink.

May 21, 2009 On tap @ Turkey Creek. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. Trademark Saaz aroma, biting and crisp. Nice smooth body, hops are the highlight here. Basic, refreshing, tasty.

May 17, 2009 Light copper, small wispy head. Classic pils aroma, some sweetness. Very sweet initially, notes of honey, hops struggle to come through and finish a bit astringent. Drainpour.
