Commercial Description:
Brewed in the classic Bohemian Pilsner style. The renowned Saaz hops of the Czech Republic allow this honey colored lager to be well hopped while maintaining an elegant balance.

Bottle: (Thanks Secret Santa!) Poursgolden with great clarity and a white fading film of head. The aroma is of sweet pale malts, a touch of diacetyl underneath sweet grains- simple. Light body. The malt character is a bit sweet for the style- it’s not crackery and crisp- light grain husk is there, with a touch of butter (diacetyl) and late peppery/grassy character. A bit muted overall and not clean enough. A style that is rarely done well- not dry enough.

all the beers look exactly the same. super clear golden with white head. not a pilsener here. no saaz hops. tastes like a pale ale. i can’t imagine i wasn’t given the wrong beer here.

Shared with the boys for Cellar Reduction #3. Clear golden pour with wispy. Typical saaz hop nose. Some butter in the flavor. No flaws at all, just a classic syle. I’m impressed with this one, especially for a small brewery to pull off.

Bottle with Butters and sixfootsix at the 3rd Cellar Reduction. Pours an eggshell head that fades with a clear golden body. Smells of malt and some hops. Flavor is crisp, malty sweet, and refreshingly bitter on the finish. Not bad, hope it doesn’t get warm tho.

I was really looking for more of a hop presence in this. Tasted more like an american light lager than a micro brewed pilsener. Overall it was pretty plain.

Bottle thanks to tronraner. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma is bready, light citrus hops and sweet cinnamon apples. The taste is smooth and refreshing, light hops, some bready and sweet honey flavors also. Not bad at all.

Dark golden color with a thin fizzy white head that settles to just a cover, corn aroma, light hops. Taste is light corny malt taste and typical pils hops.

On tap at the Galinburg brewery. Poured a clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma of malt and earthy hops. Flavor was well balanced with a bitter finish.
