Actually nothing like I remembered from the summer. Very refreshing beer. I agree it is more like a lager. kenb (1100), Oregon, USA

Drinking this after a Pilsner Urquell, so the bar is set...She pours a clear amber with an average size beige head. Nose is quite yeasty and a bit spicy. Flavor is grainy, biscuity, and quite earthy with a bit of an ashy, almost smoky dry aftertaste. This is unlike any Pilsner i have encountered. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. btwhite7 (36), Lexington, Kentucky, USA
