Poured a clear orangish gold, with a slight head, almost apple juice like. Nose was kind of weak with a hint of sweet fruit. Good impression on first sip, light body, not very complex. Somewhat strawy. Flavor doesn’t stick with you long. Overall, I would say about average for a pils. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 2, 2007 Packing up beers because I’m buying a house, and I’m going through and seperating the hold on to ones that I’ll drink in a few months, as well as those cellar beers. But there are those beers that won’t make the trip...either thanks to the season, or their lack of longevity: pale ales, lagers, kolsch...plus it’s damn hot here today.
A cold refreshing don’t have to even think about it, just have to drink it down beer is on the agenda. And a Pilsner is just what I need...this one comes through with easy drinking flavors that steps up a notch from the Miller High Life, but doesn’t make you wonder hmmm...what are all those interesting flavors...it’s says "You’re sweaty, Drink Me!"
So I did. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Typical lager (without the skunk) and not much aroma. Flavor is OK. One of the brewery’s more drinkable products, as it is usually available and consistent in its taste. That isn’t to say it’s worth seeking out though! puzzl (2619), New York, New York, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2006 12 oz bottle. Aroma is very dry, cold, unexciting, uninviting. Flavor is a bit too sweet for the style, only a touch of saaz, a bit much corn. Not a terrible beer. Decently drinkable, if a little metallic and over-carbonated. hopscotch (5483), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 8, 2006 Draft... Clear, golden lager with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Herbal, earthy aroma. Malty flavor with light caramel. Decently balanced. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Gently bitter finish. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 9, 2006 Pours well with a honey golden finish and a reasonable head, for a pilsner. A nose of barley, but upon drinking the pleasent barley balance is soon overcome by the overly aggressive hoppy finish. A brew with a stronger alcohol content or a darker brew could pull this off, but not this pilsner. muenster (340), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA

Aroma has some hops, and even some malt noticeable. Very grain like flavor, nice European hops, and a somewhat spicy, dry finish.
