Jun 14, 2006 Cloudy, dull tan. Head does not last. Musty, footy aroma. Slightly flat body. Massive taste of autolyzed yeast. That’s it. All else is gone. Please, if your session beer isn’t going to hold up for at least a couple of months, filter it. Or at least put a date on the bottles so people don’t get screwed.

Oct 20, 2008 Bottle from Lithy, thanks! Golden color. Grass and citrus in the aroma. Grassy, citric hopbitter flavor with a hint of nutmeg. Tasty pilsener.

Sep 3, 2007 Draft sampler at Pigeon Forge. Poured an amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Light sour citrus hop aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of short duration. Drinkable brew.

Nov 12, 2009 A slightly cloudy dark amber colored body with topped with a perfectly white head. The nose has some notes of ginger as well as a little bit of sweet potatoes. The taste has some bitter bread crust as well as orange juice. There was also a little bit of black pepper bite in the finish. Decent.
