Massive taste of autolyzed yeast. That’s it. All else is gone. Please, if your session beer isn’t going to hold up for at least a couple of months, filter it. The nose has some notes of ginger as well as a little bit of sweet potatoes. The taste has some bitter bread crust as well as orange juice. There was also a little bit of black pepper bite in the finish. Decent.
