Pours a dark black colour with a thin tan head. Aromas of bread, chocolate, roasted nuts, and oak. Flavors are mild, yet rich and full on the palate. Satisfying and right on target for the style.

From a 12 oz bottle, it pours very dark, and reddish, with no head to speak of. Taste is like milk chocolate, and malts. Its pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. One of the weakest porters that I have ever had. Color of light amber. Not much malt taste or really any taste for that matter. Better than a pale lager I guess.

Bottle, 12 oz. Very dark amber with a small, disapating tan head. Aroma of roasted malts. Not very complex, but goes down smooth. I would drink it again.

12oz bottle-pours a disappearing tan head and dark mahogany color. Aroma is dark malt-chocolate/roasty. Taste is sweet dark malt-chocolate/roasty/ peat/molasses, secondary earthy hops. OK carbonation. Hint of vinegar. Full body. Nice. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.

Bottle courtesy of tronraner. I dig the label on this one. Pours dark brown with a thin white head. Smells of roasted malt, caramel, touches of sugar and chocolate. Tastes of ligfht chocolate, pepper, molasses, some nice roasty touches on the finish. Very enjoyable!

Pours like root beer without any noticeable head. Smells of roasted malts, bourbon, caramel. First sip is smooth and malty, not bitter. Very under carbonated with below average lacing. Tastes light for a porter – could use a maltier backbone. Not very complex but on a whole, not bad. This is something I would not seek out.
